Private Investigators are skilled, equipped, and trained to properly deliver legal documents. Examples of documents that comprise service of process include summonses, complaints, subpoenas, writs, and other court documents. These documents are delivered to the individual whom the legal action is directed. Service of process must be served by an individual who is not a party to the case.
Simple, a phone call or by dropping us a line down below! We will then proceed with a consultation appointment with our Bloodhound Investigator. We offer free and convenient consultation appointments. The appointment consists of completing an intake sheet in addition to an interview with the Investigator. Intake forms can be completed via email while interviews can be handled via telephone. It is favorable for clients to gather as much information possible about the case prior to the first consultation. Each client is handled on a case by case basis. The costs will be estimated at the end of the interview by factoring in the time, mileage, and resources needed to achieve the ultimate goal of the investigation. Investigations will not take place until the retainer is paid and the agreement outlining the goal is signed. Once the investigation agreements is concluded, we will produce a report than can be used in court. The investigation may be extended and we will standby to testify on your behalf if the time comes.
In addition to investigative services, Bloodhound offers a Mobile Notary service. Our notary is well versed with notarizing mortgage documents including loan modifications.
